106 cubic inches of freedom in a V-Twin motor.

First launched in the Vision series of models earlier in the year, the new 106 Freedom motor now finds its way into the Vegas Jackpot, both Hammers and all the Visions, as well as the Ness Jackpot and Vision.

The motor boasts an additional 6 cubic inches of capacity (97 cc) to give 106 cu inches or 1731 cc total. The capacity boost combined with hotter cams results in an output of 97 hp (@ 5,000 rpm) and 113 ft-lbs of torque (@ 4,000 rpm).

There's still four valve heads, fuel injection, a six speed box and belt final drive.

Upgrades and Tweaks

There's no all new model from Victory for 2009 but there are a lot of tweaks. Okay, there was a (very) limited edition 10th Anniversary Vision but apparently only 100 were made and they sold out in 7 minutes.

Apart from the new Freedom 106 motor, most models receive new lighter wheels (down between 10.8 and 15.7 pounds depending on model) with all models, save for the Vision, getting new LED taillights and headlights (except the 8 Ball and Kingpin for some reason).

The Cory Ness Signature Jackpot and Arlen Ness Signature Vision both get redesigned for 2009 but that's about it.
