The Xciting is much awaited by poor spellers everywhere.

KYMCO enters the Canadian big-scooter market for 2008 with a fuel-injected four-stroke 500 cc model, the Xciting 500 Ri.

The 215 kg (dry weight) scooter uses dual disc front brakes with ABS and a single disc rear brake, has adjustable seating, storage compartment, and even a parking brake.

It's fitted with 15-inch (front) and 14-inch (rear) wheels, and the liquid-cooled single cylinder powerplant makes 35 horsepower. 

The Xciting 500 will retail for $7,499.00 in Canada.

People S50 to get bigger ...

KYMCO will add to its ‘People S' line up of scooters with new 125 and 200 cc versions to complement the existing 50 cc version.

MSRP will be $3,599.00 for the 125 and $4,300.00 for the 200.
