Techknowbag ? Concours 14 fob fail?
Written by CMG Staff on Thu, Feb 7th, 2008
I
enjoy reading TechKnow Bag, and I'm hoping can provide an answer that
the Kawasaki representatives at the recent motorcycle show were unable
to. If the batteries in the Concours 14 key fob fail, for any reason,
can the bike be started and ridden?

Techknowbag - Leaky ZZR1200
Written by TK4 and KC on Mon, Feb 4th, 2008
I
own a 2005 Kawasaki ZZR1200 with approx. 13,000 kms. on the clock. When
travelling at speeds in excess of 140kph for extended periods, I get
coolant spraying out the rear of the bike on to the exhaust. If I travel at
speeds of less than 120kph - no problem.

Hi,
I'm somewhat intimidated in writing the Techknow bag by
the humour of the recent Turbo Seca question, but as per your advice I
won't try to be funny if I'm not.

Tar Baby Motorcycle
Well, the last guy to look at my Turbo Seca said, "Consider it sold.",
which I took to mean he was going to buy it, but in retrospect, he was
probably suggesting a philosophical approach to dealing with the
ongoing ownership of a bike nobody wants.
