Before May 1st - Full refund minus a $25 administration fee.

May 1st to June 1st - Full refund minus a $25 administration fee (guests) and full refund minus a $25 administration fee for riders, but only if we have someone to fill your spot, otherwise no refund can be offered.

After June 1st - Sorry, it's too late to do anything, the food and rider stuff has been ordered and paid for. No refund can be offered.

BTW, if for some very strange reason, the event is canceled by us, we will entirely refund the full price of your registration.
