The 5th Heroes Legend Rally will take place Oct. 16–30 on the original Paris to Dakar route.

A pre-start will take place Oct. 14 at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, and official start is two days later with a boarding for Morocco.

There will be six stages in Morocco, four in Mauritania, and two in Senegal. Finish is at the Pink Lake in Dakar. Rallyers will cover 6,500 km in five countries: France, Spain, Morocco, Mauritania, and Senegal.

Categories for motorcycles are Classic (built before 1996), Open (1997–present) and Bivouac Bivouac (any type, but paved roads only). There will be two levels of difficulty for rallyers: one for experienced or talented riders, and one for riders who would prefer to avoid the more serious zones but remain in competition.
