Triumph Street Triple R
Triumph has officially launched the new Street Triple R, a higher-spec version of the existing Street Triple which in turn is basically a naked version of the Daytona 675. Styling cues are taken from its hooligan big brother, the Speed Triple.
Fully-adjustable sport suspension from the Daytona is fitted, ditto radially-mounted Nissin brake calipers acting on 308 mm discs. The Daytona's 107 hp engine comes across unchanged.
Magura tapered handlebars and a five mm higher seat provide an aggressive seating position.
The Daytona itself has been tweaked as well, gaining a claimed three bhp and losing a claimed three kg.
