| Please Note – If you are paying electronically, please ensure that the Paypal payment is submitted right away after filling in the online application. Waiting too long could break the link, leading to a time out and cause your account to be stuck in a "Pending state". If this happens, please email us so that we can send you a “request for money” from Paypal in order to finalize your application. |
