An August 23 story in CMG quoted Bloomberg.com on a tip that Kawasaki was planning to move its assembly of large motorcycles to Thailand.

That information, Canadian Kawasaki informs us, is "completely false."

Small engine units are assembled in Thailand but there is no plan to have large motorcycles produced or assembled in Thailand, Kawasaki says.
