• who are we? (staff)

The following is the full listing of anyone who is currently (and regularly) working with CMG. Oh yes, and the name in brackets following the full name is what each person uses to post on CMG (just to help you with identification purposes).

    sm_arris2.jpgRob Harris (Editor ‘Arris)
    Editor/Publisher
Answers to the name Editor ‘Arris (in honour of his English ‘omeland), ‘Arris is the editor of CMG (odd, considering the name) as well as Le Grand Fromage (owner) of the CMG Online empire. He currently lives in Sackville, New Brunswick.

    zac.jpgZac Kurylyk (Kawazacky)
    Daily News Editor and Features
Zac earned his job as the CMG News Editor by crashing Editor ‘Arris’s Konker in 2010, proving he was one of the sad few afflicted by the CMG curse. Originally from PEI, he now lives in a van down by the river, just outside Saint John, N.B.

    sm_costa_mouzouris.jpgCosta Mouzouris
    Features and Daily News
Costa’s had quite the moto journalistic career. Working first for CMG, then Cycle Canada and now back to CMG, Costa is one of the best that there is in Canadian moto-journalism. He currently resides in a penthouse in the ivory towers of Montreal.

    larry.jpgLarry Tate
    Racing News and Features
Larry has been in the motorcycle industry since the days of the first Velocycle and uses his vast knowledge and no-nonsense speak to cover all things racing for the CMG. Larry resides in the Napanee area of Ontario.

    sm_steve_bond.jpgSteve Bond (Bondo)
    Features
Steve Bond shares a similar long and notable history as Mr. Tate. A racer in the 70′s (nineteenth century), Steve turned his hand to writing and has since become one of Canada’s foremost motorcycle journalists. Steve lives in Oshawa.

    brenda-cyr.jpgBrenda Cyr
    Advertising Sales Manager
Brenda also used to have a previous life at Cycle Canada but now brings her skills to CMG, which suits us just fine. Well respected in the industry, Brenda will take care of your advertising needs. Brenda lives in Toronto with four million other people.

    patrick.jpgPatrick Shelston
    Techie Overlord
Pat is the techie god of CMG. Unlike most techies he isn’t podgy, socially inept and tiresome to be around for more than 20 seconds (he’s good for 30). However, he is superb at all things tech related. Pat lives in Toronto with a cat named Captain Kirk.

    tk4.gifTK4
    Tech Help (motorcycles)
TK4 is one of those rare people who, despite working full time in the industry (thus the anonymity), still manages to maintain a sense of humour. His expertise and insider knowledge is second to none.
    TK4 currently lives on Mars.

    matt.jpgMatt McGarvey
    Legal help
Matt’s one of those rare lawyers who actually gives a damn and is willing to give a legal opinion without charging an arm and four legs for it. Matt lives in Ottawa.

    robm.jpgRob MacLennan
    Soapbox Guardian
Mr. MacLennan is an intense man, but also a ever-helpful, stand-up, determined dude. That’s why we gave him the Soapbox deletion keys, which he’s happy to use. W
e think Rob lives in the GTA but if he actually told us, he’d have to kill us.

    Escapees/Freelancers

We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the people who have been an intrinsic part of CMG/OMG in the past, but have since been able to escape, some of whom still grace the pages of CMG in a freelance capacity:

Wilfred Gaube, Wayne ‘Sonic’ Mallows, Tony Lee, Tom ‘Shovel’ Arnold, Piero Zambotti (RIP), Nick Smirniw, Jeff Bloor, Scot Magnish, Ronn Moffatt, Barb Piatkowski, Daniela Stranscak, JP Schroeder, Jeff MacMillan, Jean Houde, Ed White, Sheila Tang, Miss Miryana, Nestor Gula, Kevin Rosenthall, KC, Julian Haber, Richard Seck, Jon Lewis, Scott Smith, Harry ‘bbb’ Freedman, Richard Perrin, Greg Vosper,  Leslie Machado, Steve ThorntonShaz Shaukat, and, err, yes … you. The one that’s now pissed off because you weren’t mentioned. You didn’t think we’d forgotten you? Yep, your help was really appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks a lot for giving everyone an exceptionally marvellous chance to read in detail from this web site. It can be very nice and stuffed with a lot of fun for me personally and my office fellow workers to visit your blog the equivalent of 3 times in one week to read through the latest issues you have. And lastly, we’re always satisfied concerning the dazzling tips and hints you serve. Selected two areas in this article are indeed the most beneficial we’ve had.

Definitely believe that which you said. Your best justification appeared to be on the net the simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get irked while people consider worries that they plainly do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people can take a signal. Will likely be returning to get more. Many thanks.
